Shipping & Returns
Processing time
Every order is hand poured and packed in small batches. Most orders leave us within 2–4 business days. During a launch or a holiday run it can take a little longer, and we’ll say so on the site if that happens.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
- Orders under $45 are charged at the rate shown at checkout, calculated from your address.
- We currently ship within the United States.
Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and your location. Tracking is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Hot weather
Wax melts are wax. In summer, cubes can soften or crack in transit — this is cosmetic and doesn’t affect scent throw or how they melt. If a clamshell arrives genuinely damaged rather than just a cracked cube, tell us and we’ll replace it.
Wrong address
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it’s wrong, contact us immediately — once a parcel is dispatched we can’t reroute it, and a returned parcel is refunded minus shipping.
Returns
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Because fragrance is personal and wax melts are a consumable product, opened clamshells cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll replace the item or refund it — your choice. No need to ship it back.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank typically posts it within 5–10 business days after we process it.
Lost parcels
If tracking hasn’t moved for 10 business days, get in touch and we’ll open a claim with the carrier and sort you out.
