These terms govern your use of waxriot.com and any purchase from Wax Riot Candle Co., operated by DeepMerchAI LLC. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable sales tax, both shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we are not obliged to honour it.
Products
Our products are soy blend wax melts intended for use in a wax warmer. Colours and label artwork may vary slightly from photographs, and because fragrance oils are natural products, scent can vary subtly between batches.
Safe use
Wax melts are not edible and are not skin or body products. Use only in a purpose-made electric or tea-light warmer, on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable. Never leave a warmer unattended, and keep melts and warmers out of reach of children and pets. Do not add water or melt them on a stove or in a microwave. You are responsible for following these instructions and your warmer manufacturer’s.
Returns
Returns, refunds and damaged goods are covered by our shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts
If you create an account you’re responsible for what happens under it and for keeping access to your email secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the site unlawfully, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, or resell our products as your own brand without a wholesale agreement.
Intellectual property
The Wax Riot name, logo, label artwork, product names, photography and site content belong to DeepMerchAI LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
We stand behind our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law
